AI builder credits let you use the AI assistant to generate SOPs, documents, and process templates from scratch. AI execution tokens are consumed when AI agents run steps, analyze data, or make decisions during SOP runs. Both reset monthly.
Concurrent runs is the number of SOP runs that can be active (in progress) at the same time. Completed and cancelled runs do not count toward this limit.
Advanced project types include Sprints, Comment-only projects, and Template projects. These are available on the Pro and Business plans.
Public run links let you share a live SOP run with anyone via a URL — no login required. Ideal for external stakeholders, clients, or auditors who need to follow along or complete steps.
Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade, features above your new plan's limits become read-only. If you cancel, your account stays accessible in read-only mode for 90 days so you can export everything.
No. The Free plan is completely free with no credit card required. You can upgrade to a paid plan whenever you're ready.
